Delivery Information
- ECS will deliver in bulk to your facilities, or direct to your client
- ECS will deliver direct to your client using a plain delivery note
- You will save £££’s on packaging and on time spent wrapping and dispatching
- Reduce your stock holding as you only need to order toner or parts when your customers require them
- This is an extended service for all of our customers - all you pay is the reduced delivery charge!
- Next Day Delivery for all orders placed before 4pm (mainland UK only) & up to 20kg (29p a kg thereafter)

Terms of Delivery
- Deliveries will occur between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
- Non-mainland UK customers should allow 2 – 5 working days after dispatch for delivery. Customers in the highlands and surrounding areas should expect their goods within 3 working days after dispatch
- For large or heavy items we may need to call prior to delivery to make special arrangements
- A signature is required on all deliveries
- All prices exclude VAT, charged at 20%
